 Eligibility for Returns
– Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
– The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
– Returns are only applicable for items purchased directly from our official store or website.
– Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items
– Customized or personalized t-shirts.
– Items that have been washed, altered, or show signs of wear.
– Gift cards and promotional items.

Process for Returns

2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 Refunds
– Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
– If the item is found to be ineligible for return (e.g., worn, damaged, or altered), we will notify you, and no refund will be issued.

 Exchanges
– Exchanges are only applicable for size or color changes, subject to availability.
– Follow the same process as returns to request an exchange.
– Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 Cancellations
– Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as the order may already be processed.
